Rehab Hotspot 2021 is FREE and open to students and rehabilitation professionals seeking job opportunities. Registration is available online to the start of the event.

WHAT TO EXPECT /

Join us at Rehab Hotspot 2021 to learn about specific employers in the field of rehabilitation, explore career options, and connect with job openings! This event is a great opportunity to establish personal contact and practice your interviewing skills. Companies from all types of settings and specialties will be attending, organized at booths in our Remo conference. Come prepared to talk to recruiters and current employees– dress professionally and and bring your best networking self!

TIPS TO PREPARE / 

  1. Research employers and positions in advance, and identify the companies that interest you most.

  2. Create a well-prepared resume and submit it to rehabhotspot.gmail.com so it can be distributed to the Exhibitors.

  3. Dress appropriately (business casual). 

  4. Look at the REMO map that will be available, and make a plan to see the companies that interest you most.

  5. Arrive early to allow plenty of time to talk with prospective employers– the most popular ones may have a line!

  6. Prepare a short introduction for yourself, to talk about your experience and express your interest.

  7. Ask questions!

  8. Collect business information and write down names so you can follow-up later. 

  9. Send thank-you notes re-affirming your interest to recruiters you met, and include a more targeted resume. 

  10. Complete online applications as requested by employers.
